Jean-Christophe has been with Cyril and Valérie for many years, and they work together as a close-knit team. He knows exactly what the chef expects, and his real talent is in welcoming guests. From showing them to one of the eight spice-themed rooms, through attending to those little extras whilst relaxing by the pool or in the cozy lounge, to the highly anticipated dinner, he is on hand to see that every stay is perfect.
