Like Cyril’s cuisine, the dining room is a tasteful and well-balanced fusion: Odd tables and chairs, spoons and forks hanging from the lampshades, « cutlery » paintings, silverware and fine china for classy dinner under the benevolent gaze of a cherub. While Valérie serves guests with her husband’s latest culinary discoveries, diners’ eyes are drawn away from the decor to feast on the ephemeral and surprising dishes before them. Bon appetit!
