Talented and generous, Cyril is constantly seeking out new flavors. There’s nothing he loves more than associating exotic spices with local produce. So it would be no surprise to find Charolais beef married with massalla, carrot with vanilla, or shrimp and sesame seeds in his light and subtle presentations, not forgetting a healthy dose of laughter and the pleasure of sharing some good moments with guests.
